Orders
To access the Orders module, the user must navigate through the Main Menu as follows:
Procurement → Orders

The user can view a list of all existing Orders within the system.
By double-clicking on a specific Order, the system opens a detailed form displaying the selected Order and its associated information.
Requisitions that have been converted into Orders are also visible in this screen.
Order Creation
This tab includes the Order’s primary information.
If the Order has been generated from a Requisition, all relevant details are automatically populated.

Selecting “Final Acceptance” locks the Order, enabling the user to send the Purchase Order (PO) to the supplier.
The system will also display the code of the user who completed the final approval.
Once the Order has received final approval, the user may proceed with one of the following actions:
Send the Purchase Order (PO) to the supplier via email
orCreate a new subcontractor contract and continue the process within the Subcontractor module

Both options require that the Order has been fully approved before proceeding.
These options can be selected from the available actions on the screen.
