Requisitions – Fill and Submit Quotation Excel Sheet

After sending the RFQ to the suppliers, they will receive an email that includes an attached Excel file where they can enter their quotation and set their prices.
The supplier should then download the Excel file and complete it by entering their unit prices.
The supplier can also optionally fill in existing columns such as "New Items," payment methods, delivery terms, and other related expenses.
Once the supplier fills out the quotation, they will send the completed Excel file back to you, typically via email, WhatsApp, or another messaging method.
To import the quotation:
Go to Procurement > Requisitions
Click on the "Import/Export" drop-down menu
Select "Import Quotation(s) Amounts from Excel
Uploading or Updating a Quotation for a Requisition
If this is the first quotation submitted for the requisition by the supplier:
Go to the Actions menu.
Select "Create", then click "Select a File".
Upload the relevant Excel file.
The system will automatically associate the quotation with the supplier and the requisition.
Be sure to click "Save" after the upload to finalize the update.
If a quotation has already been uploaded for the same requisition by the same supplier:
Go to the Actions menu.
Select "Update", then click "Select a File".
Upload the updated Excel file.
The system will automatically update the quotation for that supplier and requisition.
Be sure to click "Save" after the upload to finalize the update.
