ProjectVIEW v.11 has been launched on June 2024

Introduction

Welcome to the official DANAOS ProjectVIEW ERP documentation.

ProjectVIEW ERP v.11 is a project-centric and construction-specific integrated platform, a Software Suite that consists of the following entities:

A. Modules (dark blue color)

Based on the standard organizational structure of any construction-specific company, the ProjectVIEW ecosystem consists of a constellation of 10+1 modules that comprehensively address Commercial, Operational, and Financial processes, allowing universal knowledge workers to gain contextual insights by accessing these modules directly and indirectly in a secure and integrated manner based on their roles and access rights.

B. Site Applications (orange color)

Site applications digitize site processes by capturing on-site (on the field, yard) data, enabling collaboration between site and office teams (Intranet Users) with controlled interactions. They also enhance situation awareness for site engineers and company managers. These applications complement the main module processes and operations, providing realistic insights into how work is progressing.

C. Extensions (white color)

Completing each module with specific features and functionalities in a comprehensive 360-degree way, Addons and Connectors are a set of tools that, along with the Portals, consolidate data and digitize interactions between all stakeholders (internal and external).

C1. Addons

Third-party applications (also called plugins) integrated into ProjectVIEW ERP are naturally considered OEMs. They follow the specific commercial metrics and restrictions set by each individual vendor of each plugin.

C2. Connectors

Native adapters connect ProjectVIEW ERP modules with specific 3rd party applications in a native manner, enabling bi-directional data synchronization.

C3. Portals

Accessed by external users (Extranet Users), Portals facilitate one-stop-shop interactions with Suppliers, Vendors, Subcontractors, Client, Consultants, and disseminate specific e-services, on-demand and based on the requirements of each module.

As an exception to typical access restrictions, the Employee Self-Service Portal is available to blue-collar employees, labor personnel, and white-collar staff (all Intranet users). It serves as a Human Resources Management interface, facilitating communication between the HR department and personnel inquiries across the organization.
