# Visual Walkthrough
In order to create a new user, an administrator must go to the following:
To add a new user the admin must click on the plus sign “+”, where he will be redirected to the user creation page:

The Administration must add the following fields:
User code
Best done in a sequence with existing users or according to company format based on role
Full name
User name
Could be unique or the first part of the email before the “@”
Password
User Roles
Very important, more than one role can be assigned and this will dictate what the user can and cannot do on ProjectVIEW

Once the user has been created, the admin can now edit the existing user authorisations and extra info by selecting the user from the main User screen
Once selected for edit the following screen will open:

From the Basic Data tab on this screen, the admin can assign the following to the user:
Project; this will limit on what projects the user can edit/see
Inventory; this will limit what inventories and warehouses the user can use/see
Division; This will allow the user to filtered by division to be used in later screens
Company; if the user is working for only one company so he doesn’t see other companies’ projects
Deactivated and locked out checkboxes, these are to dictate whether the user is deactivated or to disable the lockout if the user fails the password input many times
Access failed count; is to dictate how many times can a user input a wrong password before getting locked out
From the Permissions tab on the same User Editing screen;

There are several user-specific permissions and authorisations to be enabled/disabled the key ones being:
-HR User; this allows the user to be able to see salaries and personal details in the HR module
-Payroll User; This allows the user to carry out the payroll transactions in the HR module
-Can create accounting entries; allows the user to transfer normal transactions to accounting ones to add to transfer to cost.
-Delete orders, requisition
-Final approval; this is for admin users to bypass certain approval matrices if needed.
