Roles Authorization

The Roles authorisation screen is made in order to setup what each role is able to edit, view only or not see at all when using ProjectVIEW
To navigate to user Role Authorisation:

On the left side of the screen the user will see the different created Roles while on the right the user will see the different option of Menus in ProjectView.
In order to begin the user must first select the desired role to edit. Once selected a few options are available:
- Bulk select pages, edit, view or hidden; by navigating to the permission actions

Right click on the desired menu that the user wishes the role to access and select the respective option;
By editing upper levels, you are given the option to apply the same option to all the lower levels (Child menus) as so:

Note: The user is able to change the option to each of the levels according to his needs regardless of all the other menus of the same tree. For example:

The Subcontractors ‘s parent tree is Green (View & Edit), however “supplier contract certificates” child menu is set to View Only (Blue).
