Set up a Subproject

Within a project, a subproject is a series of related tasks which, when carried out in the correct order, contribute to the successful completion of the overall project

Introduction

Examples of commonly used subprojects include classifications such as

• Site Preparation and Earthworks

• MEP

• External Works and Land Scaping

• Foundation Works

To set up a Subproject you are going to use dynamic search bar by typing "Projects"

To add a new Project , click the “+” button “New Record”.

After pressing the + button, you will be taken to the following screen. To create a Sub Project, the Company Code,Branch Code, Project Code, Sub Project Code, are a mandatory fields. However, you can also enter additional information such as Customer Code, Contract Delivery Date among others.
